Service Agreement

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Perth, Western Australia.

We may update or modify this Service Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Agreement on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
